The Golan III defense platform was a class of space station that was manufactured by Golan Arms and used by the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy. It was much larger and more heavily armed than the Golan I Space Defense Platform, and along with the Golan-II Defense Platform, dozens were in orbit of Coruscant and other important Imperial Core Worlds for defense.[1]
