The Outreach Bureau or Imperial Outreach Division^[2] was an agency of the reformed Sith Empire that was responsible for the distribution of information and news. Their primary purpose was to spread propaganda and utilize information as psychological warfare against the Sith's enemies.

History[]

During the Cold War, they were responsible for overriding HoloNet news feeds for months in order to broadcast propaganda. Their actions led to positive results as enemy morale and recruitment had fallen down due to their actions. This led to the Dark Council approving Project Eclipse. They recruited the aid of an Imperial representative to broadcast the message at the Hutt Data Haven on Nar Shaddaa.

It was eventually renamed into the "Imperial Outreach Division" and counted prominent members like the charismatic Lord Izar to its organisation.^[2]
