Nhan

Commander Nhan was a Barzan woman, a Starfleet officer in the 23rd century.

Biography[]

In the year 2257, she was an engineer aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise under the command of Captain Christopher Pike. She and Science Officer Evan Connolly joined Captain Pike when he took temporary command of the USS Discovery after the Enterprise suffered a catastrophic systems failure. Along with Pike, Connolly and Commander Michael Burnham, Discovery's chief science officer, she investigated the wreckage of the USS Hiawatha and helped to rescue a number of survivors. Nhan continued to serve aboard the Discovery and was named security chief. (DSC episodes: "An Obol for Charon", "Saints of Imperfection")

In 3189, Commander Nhan transferred from Discovery to assume command of the seed ship USS Tikhov-M. (DSC episode: "Die Trying")
