Children's names

[edit]

Hi, I saw your revert [1] and I was wondering if there's a discussion or written policy about not including the names of kids that I could refer to. Joyous! Noise! 19:16, 17 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Try WP:LPNAME and other related bits of WP:BLP, if the family members are not of note (would they have a stand-alone article for example) then we should not be naming them. MilborneOne (talk) 15:47, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Perfect! Thank you. This is just what I was looking for. Joyous! Noise! 16:43, 18 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Category:Proposed aircraft of Mexico indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, a featured topics category, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 20:33, 23 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Nomination of City Airport for deletion

[edit]
A discussion is taking place as to whether the article City Airport is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/City Airport until a consensus is reached, and anyone, including you, is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on high-quality evidence and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion notice from the top of the article until the discussion has finished.

Voting for coordinators is now open!

[edit]

Nominations for the upcoming project coordinator election have opened. A team of up to ten coordinators will be elected for the next coordination year. The project coordinators are the designated points of contact for issues concerning the project, and are responsible for maintaining our internal structure and processes. They do not, however, have any authority over article content or editor conduct, or any other special powers. More information on being a coordinator is available here. If you are interested in running, please sign up here by 23:59 UTC on 14 September! Voting will commence on 15 September. If you have any questions, you can contact any member of the current coord team. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 06:41, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
