I don't know what algorithm you use to determine an appropriate territory but you add claims that are obviously false. E.g. here and here you link an admin entity which is not even in the same part of the country. Also for historical entities like villages that ceased to exist decades or a century ago usually a historical admin entity should be linked, if any, not the modern one.
