Law suit

[edit]

The Scottish case, Shetland Times, Ltd. v. Dr. Jonathan Wills and Another 1997 F.S.R. (Ct. Sess. O.H.), 24 October 1996, received a lot of attention at the time as the first case to deal with the ethics of Internet linking. See, for example, the discussion at Net Litigation or Athanasekou, P. E. (1998) "Internet and Copyright: An Introduction to Caching, Linking and Framing (Work in Progress)" The Journal of Information, Law and Technology (JILT) 1998(2):. Would this be worth a mention in the article? --Bejnar (talk) 19:39, 3 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
