All meat packages ship priority overnight, Monday through Thursday (Tuesday through Friday delivery). Orders received by midnight Monday (EST) will ship out Wednesday for Thursday delivery. Orders received on Tuesday, ship out Thursday for Friday delivery. Orders received on Wednesday or Thursday will ship out Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders received on Friday Saturday or Sunday will ship out Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
