The article Carmen Perez Hogan has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Notability not established, unsourced BLP

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. I have nominated Thomas Edward Hogan, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Thomas Edward Hogan. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

A tag has been placed on Thomas Edward Hogan, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing no content to the reader. Please note that external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article don't count as content. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content. You may wish to consider using a Wizard to help you create articles - see the Article Wizard.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the page and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Thomas Edward Hogan, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. For more information about creating articles, you may want to read Wikipedia:Your first article; you might also consider using the Article Wizard. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. Eeekster (talk) 20:33, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The point, which I'm sorry my fellow editor did not take the time to make clear to you, is that it is not appropriate to create an article just to argue with the previous deletion of that article. There was a week-long debate on it's deletion, which you can see here, and a finding that the article should be deleted. If you can overcome the problems identified there that led to the deletion, the article can be recreated. You may want to try creating a user subpage to draft the new version, this will reduce the chance of a speedy re-deletion. If you feel the finding to delete the article was fundamentally flawed, you can pursue a deletion review. If you just want to vent your anger over the article being deleted, there are plenty of other websites that would be happy to let you do that. Beeblebrox (talk) 21:06, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

[edit]

Hello Tbone4999! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot notifying you on behalf of the the unreferenced biographies team that 1 of the articles that you created is currently tagged as an Unreferenced Biography of a Living Person. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring this article up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 696 article backlog. Once the article is adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the article:
