I strongly contest that this meets the De minimis rule, it contains multiple instances of presumably copyrighted art, and more importantly, is the main and only subject. De minimis applies when, for example, I took a screenshot of a freely licensed software, and the Microsoft toolbar was pictured at the bottom. In reply to Dismas, you need to apply a fair use rationale and appropriate non-free file copyright licensing tag, after making sure the file does meet the non-free content criteria. • Tagged as a self-created image. However, the photograph is dated 1960 (seen the top of the image), and the uploader says on his user page that he was born in 1950. According to the Mohar Singh Rathore article, this photo shows "Mohar Singh Rathore as a leading Advocate in 1955". • See the previous two listings. The uploader, User:Jaisingh rathore, claims to be the creator of these images. However, based on his unlikely claims of authorship for File:Bar60.jpg and File:Bar55.jpg, the lack of any evidence for his claim of authorship for these images, and the fact that these images happen to illustrate many important events in the life of Mohar Singh Rathore spanning several decades, I am skeptical that the uploader is the creator of them all. —Bkell (talk) 21:40, 21 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • On the other hand, I just noticed that the uploader and the subject appear to have the same last name, so perhaps the uploader is a relative of Mohar Singh Rathore? The image is currently tagged with {{PD-US-1996}}. Note: The uploader writes on his talk page, "The picture was scanned from a 1950 postcard that was given free by the school to parents. The school closed in 1969 and the headmaster died in 1971. The postcard used for the scan was destroyed in a house fire and I do not know of any other original.
