- Yeah. It's an understandable mistake, but the combination of job title plus company narrowed things down too far. I know you didn't do it on purpose but I'd be remiss if I didn't say something. – Joe (talk) 20:44, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
- @Joe, thanks for noting. I believe I gave three users a COI warning about that page because of their possible connection. Another time, an admin said I was not posting enough info on the talk page to show COI to justify the tag. So, I was trying to be accurate, but I understand how this instance might have been unintentionally too specific. - I don't know the context of that advice but I'd definitely always err on the side of not being specific. You can always email the information to the functionaries if in doubt. – Joe (talk) 20:59, 2 July 2024 (UTC)
