English: This Video Shows the Same Kir6.2[AAA] Islet Shown in Video S1 , but Treated to 2 mM Glucose with 50 μM αGA (2 mM Glc + 50 uM GA) The elapsed time covers a period of 383 s at 1.57 frames/s. White arrows are shown to highlight synchronous Cai responses among groups of cells within the islet, consistent with a β-cell response. However, these responses occur in two distinct regions of the islet at different time points indicating asynchrony between cell groupings.
