The Fashionable Pet came about because of our toy poodle, Sir Monte Carlo, better known as "Monte". We started dressing Monte for holidays and parties and realized that Monte got excited everytime he saw his clothes and accessories. Whether it was a new dog collar, bandana, a hat, sweater or jacket, Monte jumped for joy and wagged his tail to get dressed. As soon as Monte is dressed he knows that company is coming or he is going on an outing. Monte felt that all of his dog friends would also enjoy dressing up, thus, The Fashionable Pet was created.
