Dave Workman, the owner and instructor of the Academy, will be your mentor and guide in cyberspace. He has over 37 years of experience teaching adults in a classroom environment. This experience has shown Dave that there are 3 zones of students. Zone 1, 2 and 3. Zone 2 are those students who are able to keep up and absorb the majority of work. Zone 1 students are unable to keep up and find the course too fast, while Zone 3 students find the course too slow and are bored. Well, in cyberspace all students are Zone 2, since everyone works at their own individual pace.
