I can't say enough good things about my experience with American Express! While traveling recently, I encountered an unexpectedly considerable expense that could have derailed my entire trip. Thankfully, Amex stepped in right when I needed them most. Their customer service was top-notch, quick, and efficient, ensuring the issue was resolved without added stress. Not only did they take care of the charge, but they also offered valuable advice on how to manage my account and protect myself while abroad. I’ve always trusted Amex, but this experience solidified why they’re the best. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs peace of mind, especially when traveling!

I cannot express how terrific American Express is! I resisted getting an American Express card for many years. I was mainly put off by my perception that they were a "rich person's" card.- not a business card. Recently I got an offer I could not refuse and applied for the Amazon American Express card. I am glad I did! The application process was quick and easy. Each time I called customer service, I immediately reached a HUMAN BEING - yes, a HUMAN BEING. And if I was put on hold, that hold was no more than a minute. They are truly a business card. I used it on a recent buying trip to Kore with no issue. Other cards would b lock cards used outside my state - more so out of country.

Love the look, design, and feel of the card. I have had no issues with the card, Amazon, or Amex thus far and have owned this card for over a year. I think the benefits are palpable enough but I would like to see some other benefits that I may use more often than a couple times a year. Overall, no complaints just would like a smidge more out of it.

Great card and 5% back on amazon is great. Very happy in that regard. Main issue is that our limit is so small (my personal credit score as a business owner is not great) it limits how we can use the card. We have resorted to paying off the card dozens of times a month in order to use it for business expenses. Not ideal. It's been a few years of perfect payments and spending 25k (I believe) a month on the card with only a small credit limit. We have loads of 5k and up purchases we would use this card for every month but can't because of the low limit. Even after a perfect payment history, credit limit was reduced (due to my personal credit history im sure). I wish they would take into account that it is a business card and see that we are spending many times our limit every month and always paying off early. That's honestly my only complaint. Everything else has been great and recommend highly.
