Hi there,
The client does not have the ‘Marketing’ option on the dashboard.
It should be there what happens when you try to access it from this link after replacing your site URL with your site yoursiteURL/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fmarketing
In addition, kindly share your System Status Report so that we can see how your site is setup. You can add it to the following: https://quickforget.com/

This is what I get when trying to check for the marketing page based on the URL that you gave me.
Hi there,
The QuickForget has already forgotten the information you added there, in other words, the secret has expired.
Nevertheless, the error “Sorry, You Are Not Allowed to Access This Page” in the screenshot helps narrow down the issue. If you have administrator rights it means there is something else affecting the permission settings of the site. This article is not from Pinterest for WooCommerce but it shows five things you can go through to troubleshoot the issue you are having.
I wanted to let everyone know that I found the culprit of why the ‘Marketing’ option disappeared from the WordPress dashboard. Docket Cache plugin when installed and activated makes the Marketing option disappear.
Hi there!
I’m glad to hear that you were able to resolve the issue!
I’ll go ahead and mark this topic as closed for now. 🙂
