I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel valued as a guest. They even remembered me when I checked in, which added a personal touch. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being just a short walk from Liverpool St station and close to iconic landmarks such as London Bridge and Tower Bridge. The hotel facilities were great, with a well-appointed room that had a kitchenette and enough space for all my luggage. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist me. They even provided me with a charger and promptly contacted me when I accidentally left behind an item of clothing. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location of Room Home Stay was perfect for our stay in the city. It was easy to find and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a comfortable bed and access to a shared terrace. We also appreciated the mini fridge in the room, which was handy for keeping breakfast supplies. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and friendly staff.
One minor issue we encountered was the temperature control, which was located outside of the room. It was a bit inconvenient to have to get up in the middle of the night and go into the corridor to adjust the thermostat.

The location is fantastic, right in front of Liverpool Street station. It's very convenient if you're looking to explore the city or catch a train. The staff is friendly and helpful, even offering assistance with our luggage. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view of the city. The bathroom was tidy and the shower was amazing.
Some aspects of the facilities were a bit tatty and there was no elevator, so be prepared for stairs.
