Novotel London Tower Bridge

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the nearby attractions. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave us drink vouchers to make up for the delayed check-in. the breakfast had a good variety of options and was reasonably priced.

There were some issues that put a damper on our Christmas stay. the check-in process was not smooth, as our room was not ready when we arrived.

I had an amazing experience staying here. This place is ideally situated by the tube and just near the tube station which is so convenient. I loved the interior design of the place and enjoyed room amenities like tea and coffee facilities, in-room safe, and more. Additionally, the staff at the reception desk was perfect with bilingual receptionists who made me feel welcome. Above all, the hotel service was noteworthy as they exceeded our special request during our stay.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with stunning views of the tower and a tube station just a minute's walk away. There was also a park nearby for the kids to enjoy. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast offered great value for money. The spacious room was perfect for a family with young children, and the hotel even provided a fold-up bed for a third person. The bar offered reasonable prices for food and drinks, and there were plenty of interesting sites and restaurants within walking distance.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, being right next to the Tower of London and just a short walk from the Tower Hill tube station. It's so convenient for exploring the city! The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast was a pleasant experience, with the staff going out of their way to ensure we had a great start to the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower and all the necessary facilities.

The lack of a true city view was a letdown, especially when I specifically chose this room because of the promised view.

We stayed at Novotel Tower Bridge for my boyfriend's 21st birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious ensuite. The hotel is well located, with the underground practically next door. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly attentive. The hotel was clean and the rooms had recently been renovated. It's also conveniently close to popular attractions like Tower Castle and Tower Bridge.
