In the mirror universe, Walker Keel was a 24th century Terran man, a Terran Empire subject who served as officer in Imperial Starfleet in the 2360s decade. (TNG - Mirror Broken comic: "Issue 4")

Biography[]

After the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance had overthrown the majority of the Terran Empire, the Terrans and their subjects consolidated in the Sol star system. (TNG - Mirror Broken comic: "Issue 1")

ISS Horatio 1

Keel's ship, the ISS Horatio.

By the 2360s, Keel had attained the rank of captain. He was placed in command of the Ambassador-class starship ISS Horatio.

When Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the Constellation-class vessel ISS Stargazer seized the new Imperial Galaxy-class (Galaxy X-subclass) flagship ISS Enterprise-D, the Horatio was one of the ships sent to recapture the flagship. Keel spoke with Picard over the viewscreen. (TNG - Mirror Broken comic: "Issue 4")
