The Kamiat Nebula is a nebula in the Alpha Quadrant that is near Cardassian space and the Badlands.

The USS Enterprise charted the Kamiat Nebula in 2268. Captain James T. Kirk named the nebula after Professor Kamiat, the senior astrophysicist at Starfleet Academy at the time. (TOS novella: The Badlands, Part I)

In 2368, the crew of the USS Enterprise-D was to undertake a survey of the Kamiat Nebula. (TNG novella: The Badlands, Part II)

By 2371, the Maquis had started to use the Kamiat Nebula to hide from Starfleet and the Cardassians. In that year, the USS Voyager passed close to the Kamiat Nebula, where Harry Kim ran a scan for Maquis vessels, but detected none. (VOY novella: The Badlands, Part III)

In 2373, Gul Dukat and Weyoun met for the first time at a rendezvous inside the Kamiat Nebula to finalise the alliance between the Dominion and the Cardassian Union. The Jem'Hadar starships were detected after the Romulan vessel Bokra entered the nebula while being pursued by the USS Defiant. (DS9 novella: The Badlands, Part IV)
