Risian whiskey flasks
Risian whiskey was an alcoholic beverage from Risa.
In 3190, Doctor Ruon Tarka gave several flasks of Risian whiskey to Fleet Admiral Charles Vance upon the completion of Archer Spacedock. Later that year, Vance offered one to Ensign Sylvia Tilly when they were the last two remaining personnel aboard Federation Headquarters, which was about to be destroyed along with Earth by the Dark Matter Anomaly. After the DMA was pulled back by its creators, Species 10-C, they toasted with the whiskey in celebration. (DIS: "Coming Home")
Also that year, Tarka shared his personal flask of Risian whiskey with Cleveland Booker, in the aftermath of his experiment to create a working scale model of the DMA on the USS Discovery. (DIS: "The Examples")
