The food was top-notch, and the variety catered to all tastes. the hotel's facilities, including the pools and entertainment options, were very nice and offered a wide choice of activities. the staff was not only very friendly but also super nice and helpful, making my experience here extremely enjoyable. the atmosphere was very welcoming and inviting, and the location, though a bit far from the center, was absolutely gorgeous with beautiful beach access and great opportunities for snorkeling.

One area that could be improved upon is the lack of clear information provided to guests regarding restaurant reservations and transportation arrangements. while the staff was overall friendly and accommodating, there were a few instances of miscommunication or delayed service that could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience.

the hotel grounds are so clean and beautiful. it's super close to all the xcaret parks - especially xsenses. the staff has some great local tips! the transportation was so well organized, and the infinity pool view is amazing.

We had a luxurious and exclusive stay here with all our needs being fulfilled. the spa and wellness centre provided us with a wide range of high, end treatments, from massages to facials and body wraps. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxation, while the bar and lounge area offered delicious poolside snacks. the location advantages were undeniable, with beach access and live entertainment within walking distance.

The only minor issue was with the dining options. While the buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide selection of options, the special diet menus were limited.

One of the highlights was not having to carry around a room key - instead, we were given bracelets that served as both a room key and a camera, allowing us to capture memories effortlessly. the hotel grounds are impeccably beautiful and the staff were incredibly helpful. This was our fourth time staying here and we continue to be impressed with the all-inclusive experience.

The hotel was impeccably clean and had great facilities, including spa, pools, kayaking, secluded beaches, and bridges to explore. The rooms were huge, beautifully appointed, and even included a minibar with snacks and Wi-Fi. We loved the variety of food and drinks available at the 10 restaurants, covering Mexican, European, Asian, and American cuisines, and all were included in the cost. The hotel provided transportation to and from the airport, as well as to all the Xcaret parks, which were easily accessible by walk, boat, or complementary coaches every 20-30 mins. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

One of the worst aspects of our experience was the noise level within the hotel. the thin walls and poor sound insulation meant that we could hear everything happening around us, which was quite bothersome at times.

The location of the hotel is great for those wanting to be close to nature, as it is surrounded by beautiful landscapes, majestic beaches, and five different parks full of adventure. guests can enjoy a complimentary shuttle to the parks, which would take them about 15 to 30 minutes depending on the one they choose. The room and bathroom are spacious with a stunning view of the jungle or the river depending on the room type. The breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options and excellent quality. the hotel has several facilities such as multiple restaurants, bars, spas, and pools, plus a couple only sauna.

The service at times can be poor and unhelpful, as some of the concierges and waiters may not give all the necessary information to guests or be too focused on selling additional services instead of assisting with other queries.

The carnival-type games got us hyped, the open bar got the good times rolling, and the host had us cracking up with fun games! Plus, the live music gave us the perfect groove for the night. And touring the renowned destination in the Riviera Maya was epic! The cosmopolitan atmosphere was so lively, and the adventure attractions were a blast!

We just wished there were more late-night activities to keep the party going for us young folks.
