I don't think this page should be deleted. Meadows has been the sporting director of Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 Team since it's enception and has been a prominent part of the team which has won 7 back to back constructors and drivers titles. Therefore I believe he meets the notability guidelines. • Delete Nothing notable in own right. Just a bunch of stuff on the internet mentioning him in passing. A lot of the sourcing and wording here is of the same ilk. • Neutral comment - Performing a WP:BEFORE check returns a lot of false positive results, which makes establishing notability difficult. This result which was returned by a Google Books search may be promising, and the large number of passing mentions in news stories may cumulatively amount to something more significant.
