Robert DeVoe is an American actor best known for his performances with Mediacorp in Singapore. He is best known for his performance in Love Thy Neighbour (TV series) as the American expat who works with the volunteer constabulary, Michael Ray Junior (麦克雷)^[1].

Robert was born in New York and grew up near Seattle. He attended Soochow University in Suzhou, China where he learned to speak Mandarin Chinese. His first appearance on Mediacorp television was a guest appearance in the Channel 8 series Daddy at Home (企鹅爸爸)^[2], following this he appeared in several other Channel 8 productions in both English and Chinese speaking roles^[3]. He has also appeared on two separate episodes and as two separate characters are the crime drama serial, Crimewatch (Singaporean TV series).
