I felt reading it at parts as if written and phrased using the Subject's own CV or resume! Jokes aside, and I know User:Kinsleyhk has rightly mentioned their alignment (potential COI) with the Subject, which I thank you. There are many reputable western and Asian-based news outlets that cover Thomas (Xu Tao's) life, education and private and government career. Some of course include negative stories and controversies on Tao's formal position and roles as it relates to China's NPC and its officials, and the investments made by his companies and their distinct timelines and history. For example, Young Lions Holdings which you mention as Tao being the founder and CEO, and its investments and loans into Hong Kong's largest media broadcaster TVB - the reactions from Hong Kong's elected leaders, legislative council; and references to upstanding HK Law on restrictions of foreign ownership in its domestic media companies. These, at minimum, would need to be included for the bio to be informative when citing these companies and Tao's position as CEO, without simply being as intentionally narrow or neutral on the side of missing the elephant in the room! and that a user may leave the page less informed.

Parts of this text and its career section can also be found verbatim on Tao's bio on the CMC Inc website, the Chinese-backed media conglomerate -- which defeats the object I feel. These parts could be reworded and expanded.

I recommend, while not drifting too far from it ultimately being about Xu Tao, inclusion of stories related to TVB, Tao's previously undisclosed relationship in financing efforts and his business relationship with executive Li Ruigang. More broadly, the wider ties Tao and his companies have to billionaire Richard Li, and Li's media giant PCCW and its financial influence, or lackthereof, on CMC, Tao, etc.

A comparative piece on the Subject was written on the Chinese Wikipedia (Wéijī Bǎikē). It's similar in tone and sentiment. Looking right now there's been substantial changes to the text on that bio, literally in the passed week, with some user backlash. No idea if noteworthy or even relevant here, but further investigation and perhaps some deeper context may help to correct or inform -- if and when this does clear the sandbox and go live Draft:Thomas Hui To.
