Color count

According to maws the game has a palette of 32 colors. Can anyone verify this? --elias.hc 20:12, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The hardware (according to the PCB schematics) allows the game to select 32 out of 64 possible RGB values. So the palette has 32 entries but Lady Bug uses only 20 unique colors including black and white (determined by the RGB look-up PROM). Arnim 22:36, 10 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I removed this sentence "A Homebrew port of Lady Bug is currently in production for the Atari 2600 and should be completed by early fall 2006." because it seems about as unencyclopaedic as I can immagine anything being. Wikipedia shouldn't be tracking people's pet programming projects (alliteration unintentional). 142.59.153.99 09:14, 26 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The above post is elitist nonsense. The Atari 2600 port should be included in the article and is in fact finished and for sale: http://www.atariage.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=829
