Appleby is an offshore law firm. It was formed by the merger of Bermuda based Appleby Spurling & Kempe with the Cayman Islands law firm Hunter & Hunter on 1st April, 2004. The firm later merged with Jersey based law firm Bailhache Labesse with effect from 1st September, 2006 and the new firm is now known as Appleby.

The firm has offices in the London, Hong Kong,Mauritius and the British Virgin Islands.
