- Androcor anterior spinal artery infarct-acute onset of flaccid paralysis that evolves into a spastic paresis over days or weeks
- Dr. Lisa Airan (who?)
- Autohemotherapy
- Autoschizis- a novel form of cell death which means "self-splitting." It results from combined treatment with ascorbate and menadione in catalase and superoxide dismutase-deficient tumor cells. The treatment is being actively developed for various types of cancers and clinical trials are underway through the biopharmaceutical company, IC-MedTech. The ascorabte:menadione combination is registered under the name "Apatone."
B:
- Bacillus Clausii - can't seem to find much on the topic by Googling for it, however http://biotherapy.md.huji.ac.il/new_page_3.htm has some informations on this particular strain of bacteria which is being marketed for use in oral bacteriotherapy, as far as I know as a remedy for alterations of the human intestine's flora. A product based on this bacteria, by the name of Enterogermina, efficiently fixed my own such problems. I assume it's a kind of microbe that naturally lives in our intestine, albeit only specifically selected strands which developed resistance to antibiotics are sold (so it could be used together with therapies based on antibiotics and eventually reduce the side-effects of antibiotics themselves). --Alessandro Ghignola 17:31, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

- Chronic Urticaria Index - This is a new blood test that will identify persons with an autoimmune histamine release as a possible basis for their problem itching or hives. The test is refered to as "CU Index". A CU index below 10 is considered normal, above 10 is an indication of autoimmune histamine release as a possible cause for chronic itching or hives. Because this medical condition is transitory and not life threatening, many persons have been suffering without knowing a cause and without effective treatment for many years.

Used to treat fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and other chronic conditions.
