In the section "Emoji versus text presentation", Google Chrome on Windows 8 renders the first emoji character as a blank box. In Firefox it renders as expected. Should Wikipedia add an image to avoid confounding the reader? I.e., should wikipedia pages be accessible to the widest variety of users, and not merely those with the latest versions of browsers and operating systems? -84user (talk) 12:11, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I found a Chrome extension ("Chromoji - Emojis for Google Chrome") that renders the non-displaying emojis, but inconsistently when compared to Firefox, in some cases considerably different. -84user (talk) 13:06, 18 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
