Norman Gilliland has been a radio host at Wisconsin Public Radio's WERN classical music station since 1984. He holds degrees in English and Broadcasting from the University of Florida and Duke respectively. He is also an active author with two published books titled Sandmansions and Grace Notes for a Year and has produced an audio drama based upon Dick Ringler's modern English translation of the Old Enlish epic Beowulf titled Beowulf: A Complete Story--A Drama.
