On March 29, 2024, Randall Terry, an anti-abortion activist and founder of Operation Rescue declared his candidacy in the 2024 United States presidential election.[1]

Nomination

He was nominated by the Constitution Party for president on April 27, 2024.[2] He stated he wouldn't accept nomination if Stephen Broden wasn't nominated for Vice President[3]
