Fixed CO2 link and improved list of examples. Could not find definitive evidence that 2013 Mac was impact extruded, and it's a very specific example that will go out of date.
The shown screw has nothing to do with impact extrusion, nor that screw could be manufactured with impact extrusion, thus leading readers in misconception about the process.
