::Bizarre... It seems that since the last archive it's only been the same questions posted on the talk page all over again, despite the fact we have a FAQ up top that answers questions like this. I always found the FAQ link in its box to be something that doesn't stand out to someone that isn't specifically looking for it, so I think it would be better if it were revised visually and textwise to be more eye-catching.
