| Description |
English: Former New Inn. This locally listed former pub was built in the early 19th century, like the nearby Somers Arms (see 1199727) to take advantage of the site's position at the crossroads of Brighton Road (opened in 1818) and Mill Street/Hooley Lane, which at the time was the route east out of Reigate to Bletchingley and beyond. It closed in 1992/3 and is now a plumber's merchant.
