Summary
[edit]DescriptionDumetella carolinensis 2.jpg | Dumetella carolinensis A very rare visitor to Coastal California is this Gray Catbird (only recorded in San Luis Obispo County 4 times EVER), currently visiting at the base of Morro Rock. One would be more likely to see him in Panama or the West Indies at this time of year. This one is dining on Prickly Pear fruits and there were at least a dozen birders that came to see and photograph this bird today...one from 100 miles away. |
