This file was initially tagged by RasamJacek as Speedy (Speedydelete) and the most recent rationale was: Not Freedom of panorama in Ukraine. All buildings in this part of Kiev was built after 1945. Anatoliy (talk) 20:13, 18 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

This is the main post office building which was build in 1956 by a group of architects: B. Prijmak, G. Sluckij, V. Ladnyj and others (In Russian: группа Б. Приймака, Г. Слуцкого, В. Ладного).
