The threshold of originality in China is very low, see COM:TOO#China (PRC); literally almost anything other than the plainest of plain fonts and shapes will garner copyright. Wcam (talk) 01:54, 13 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Note that the characters "柳州快速公交" are apparently from a pre-made font (方正粗倩, oblique), instead of art-related calligraphy as in the "道" case, which should be a weaker match to the scope defined in article 3 of China's copyright law (s:Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China (2010)). ——Artoria2e5 emits crap 12:57, 14 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
方正粗倩 is a proprietary font developed by Founder Group. Commons:Licensing#Fonts states that only raster rendering of a font is not subject to copyright in the U.S. For Commons to host this file it has to be PD in both US and China. Considering the low TOO in China and COM:PRP I think this file should be deleted. --Wcam (talk) 13:40, 14 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
