Lack of assistance with luggage, heating not working, missing baby cot and mattress, communication issues, dirty room with stains on walls and towels. the additional charges for parking and WiFi were disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this well-located hotel. The set menu was delicious, and the shuttle service was convenient. Despite a bit of noise from other guests, the room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. we would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located on a very busy roundabout within the airport area, making it perfect for a quick getaway from the airport. The prices are very reasonable and offer great value for money. The rooms are equipped with basic amenities including a double bed and bunk bed, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The breakfast included in the rate is excellent, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel provides air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay during the warmer months.
All was fine, no improvements needed.

The hotel is conveniently located close to both Gatwick terminals, with a shuttle bus loop and buses stopping right outside. The hotel is easy to find, being next to a busy roundabout and also within walking distance to the North terminal. The rooms have decent facilities, including on-site parking, and some employees provide good service.
The food and drink prices are reportedly quite high, and some guests have experienced difficulties finding a parking space.
