Hayguns Restaurant is run by Lynette and Peter Smith. Both Lynette and Peter are locals and have grown up in and around Euroa. They ran the Blue Dorset Cafe in Binney St. for sometime before making the move in November 2002 and taking over the running of Hayguns Restaurant. Lynette originally worked in Hayguns as a young girl and has since proven herself to be an extremely talented Chef and function organiser.
