Chua Ka Seng & Partners Chartered Architects (CKSP) is a Singapore-based architectural firm, established in 1978 by our Principal, Mr Chua Ka Seng, providing a full range of master planning, design, interior design, landscaping and project management services to clients in Singapore, Malaysia, China, ASEAN and the Pacific region.
We practice in Singapore, Malaysia and China with a full range of professional including architectural civil & structural, mechanical & electrical and quantity surveyors. We are active in major cities in China and have completed planning and design in Beijing, Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Wuhan, Yichang, Zhuhai, Haikou, Xiamen, Guiyang, Qian-an.
In Singapore, we have completed major projects namely The Gateway (Twin Tower Office) at Beach Road (S$300 million) - joint venture with I.M.Pei & Partners Architects, New York and T.Y.Lin Structural Engineers, San Francisco; Arcadia Garden Condominium at Arcadia Road (S$100million); Corporation Place (Hi-Tech Factory) at Corporation Road (S$100million); and Seng Kee Building at Martin Road (S$20million).
