The title of the movie is a reference about a popular Spanish proverb: "Quién roba a un ladrón, tiene cien años de perdón" (Those who steals a thief, will have a hundred years of pardon).
This movie is a remix of Inside Man (2006) and Bank Job (2008).
The Prime Minister is mentioned repeatedly but does not appear; she only texts other characters. Another relevant character, Gonzalo Soriano, is only seen unconscious in a hospital bed, so instead of casting credit, Javier Guerrico is listed as "stunt double" for Soriano.
The screenplay looks like another crime film from UK, shot in 2008: Bank Job.
