"Simon and Simon" grows on one. Though the season 2 connection with "Magnum, P. I." made it more popular, by season 3 it was still struggling to find its legs. The Brown episodes are the best.
In this episode it also reveals its penchant for swiping ideas. Some might recall a "Dick van Dyke Show" episode with a life raft; but that goes back to "Fibber McGee and Molly." It's used here early, and is hardly surprising.
This time S&S look into a case (or is it a case) of a man murdered while skydiving.
They also borrow a famous idea from Cleopatra.
This episode keeps one guessing and has some amusing ideas. But it's not a classic.
