We are convinced of the need to Make Sense to a broken world; we believe in God's wisdom for every day Life. We believe that the Church does not exist for Christians but for all people, and so endeavour to ensure that everything we do is understandable and relevant to all. We are committed to making Church a place where all can come each week and meet God, irrespective of their knowledge or relationship with God. We seek to offer practical help in life, a faith that makes a difference to everyday living. We seek to avoid religious jargon and use everyday language. Our services are informal, visual and use today's language and music. Every service is different; our style is relaxed, as we encourage people to be themselves.

We value working Together and recognise that we need the different gifts that we all bring. We emphasise teamwork and believe the Church is intended to be the hands and mouth of Jesus today (i.e. his body). We believe in investing in people, so seek to appoint as many people to the work as we can.

We seek to Share the Love of Jesus, in our church and beyond into our community and the wider world. This love is overwhelming, costly and challenging in its grace and mercy. We are not an exclusive club but a welcoming community. We seek to be a church where:
